Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with UKTrend Treasures. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Below is our policy regarding returns and refunds.


Returns for Physical Products

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.
  • Health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds & Conditions

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank (there’s often processing time before a refund is posted).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at uktrendtreasures@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
